Anyone see the video of the group being led around downtown? Was this guy trying to kill the arena being downtown or something? He had them going thru a maze through the pedways and the Convention Center, and other places.


Downtown makes the most sense. Traffic wouldn't be so bad as 2nd street would be right there to take traffic north to the interstate. Besides, a lot of people will mill around in the restaurants and bars downtown.

I am really tired of the "drama" floating around concerning this arena. I wished they'd shut up already and get it started or forget about it!

Hold it there, sweetcakes! It does matter where this arena gets built. Place it at the Fairgrounds and its economic impact will be nil. Place it downtown and it could go far towards ensuring the long-term vitality of downtown Louisville.
