I agree, Toast that this is a project of great magnitude.... I just think it is sad that we cannot find someone in Kentucky that is capable of overseeing it. After talking this thing to death for decades, contracts are being signed and plans to move the LG&E substation are being made. I'm very hopeful that this project will move our city forward.
