Hmm.... not enough parking. Where have I heard that before. Perhaps U of L should invest in a parking structure for their students so that residents won't have to pay to park in front of their own house... Oops. I forgot. This is an enormous project, ZOO. I don't know that it is reasonable to expect that the Kentuckian area has a firm capable of overseeing this vast project. I would think, too, that we would want to get a firm with experience building similar projects and one that has a fairly good reputation.
BTW: I am aware of a negative report that the Courier-Journal did this morning on the San Antonio firm hired but I still think that the arena authority made a fairly good choice.
