Our phone companies are refusing to spend a little extra money to get "the rest of us" up to date with the city. Therefore I say we let all of us in rural areas have a new service called BPL (broadband by powerline). It is just that. We can then get high speed (3G down and upload) and get internet phone service, and take away the little money ($70.00 +) that they get from the few of us they don't want to spend money on. It's only fair.

Sorry, country cousin. Fast, affordable broadband is just for us city folk. Why don't you join us?
