I just wander how many tickets the police would end up giveing me if i rode my horse to work and tied her to a parking meter! If you haven't heard yet gas went up again today, guess Bush is going to get every penny he can out of us pore working people in te last few months he's got left in office!!!

There is no law against using a horse or buggy on a public street or country HWY so long as there is proper marking and you stay off major HWYs.
But the ASPCA might have a problem if you tie off a horse for more then an hour wihtout food, shade or water.
You also have to clean up everything the horse drops yourself.

Given the price of grain, hay, vaccinations and the blacksmith, I am not so sure the horse is any cheaper!

The only question is, where would you hitch your horse when you arrived at your destination??? This town is probably filled with horse thieves!
