I hate to burst you bubble, Angel, but there's no law that says that every gasoline retailer has to have the same price as other gasoline retailers in the immediate area. If that was the case, no one could ever change their prices unless they got on some sort of a conference call and did so in unison. Kentucky does have a law on the books that says that gasoline retailers can not take advantage of natural disasters here or elsewhere to raise gasoline prices to exorbitant levels. The legality of the law is currently being challenged, I understand. There’s no hurricane or other natural disaster that has happened recently that would invoke this untested law.
