WAVE 3 Investigates: The high price of gasoline in the Louisville area

Steve Langford is absolutely right on this one. We all need to call Steve Beshear and let him know how we feel about paying extra at the pump for an exotic gasoline few areas mandate when a ethanol blended gasoline would give us the same emmision reductions.

Some places are raising their prices just because people use their cards. They say that card company takes a big chunk of their money everytime someone uses their card at the pump.

I say stick it to 'em, Gov. They've been sticking it to us for the last seveal months.

We got a lot of fanfare after WAVE 3 and several others did a report on this disparity. Is there a snowball's chance in He11 that anything will get done???

it is sad that I am thankful for the 3.89 that I am paying in Nelson County...
I mean, really, thankful for 3.89?!?? That is so very pathetic.
I would love to be able to use public transportation to get to work, but just not an option that I have. And the expense of adding another auto that gets better gas mileage does not pay for itself either. Very frustrating and wondering when it will end?
