Tear down the housing projects. They are a breeding ground for crime. The children born there don't have much of a chance. Some cities are tearing down old housing projects and building homes for people of various income levels and seem to have success. Crime is greatly reduced.

I see your point Lea1, but what do you do with all the folks who are living in the projects? Our society has allowed them a free ride for generations, so putting them out can't happen without some repercussions.

Old housing projects are being torn down in Louisville but it's a slow, tedious, and very expensive process. Money from the federal government to replace large-scale projects is drying up. Last I heard, they were supposed to be removing some buildings out at the Iroquois Homes. Confused

Rich kids are just as bad,only they have mommy and daddy to get them out of their criminal ruckus. Should we rip their houses down too since they committed a crime? Roll Eyes
