I don't expect we'll hear any more about this case for several weeks at the earliest. The way the newly enacted law reads, they won't be able to charge this ex-cop until they have clear and convincing evidence that he did NOT shoot in self defense. I do wonder why Chris XX hasn't updated us on the condition of Mr. Pickerill.
