David Camm did not get the death penalty.
The court of appeals did not give John Wayne Gacy a second trial. The evidence proved him guilty.
There is no evidence that proves David Camm is guilty. Stan Faith vilified David Camm without any proof. Charles Boney alone did this horrific crime. All the facts point toward this.

That's why I wonder why you're wanting to dredge up such an old topic (unless you're looking to scrap with somebody). Yes, you're right. David Camm did not get the death penalty from the court. I have no doubt that he may very well get the death penalty from his fellow prisoners, just like Jeffery Dahmer did.

I'm certainly not looking for a fight. These opinions are my own and I am just stating them. Most people don't know the details of the David Camm case, they think he's guilty because of the first trial.

Toast, perhaps Camm has some charisma that has affected Lea....
Granted we don't see everything in the news that happens in the courtroom, and by the same token, we see some things that the jurors do not see. But I have yet to see anything that introduces even a seed of doubt regarding Camm's guilt.
Camm had the motive, know how, and opportunity.
And to top it off, in interviews, his sorry seemed contrived.
