Which is also known as a service number. *beating head against wall* There was an identity theft issue after 95' but I've known plenty of other branches to use the term service number. There are plenty of terms that there are other terms for. Examples: COF, head, bulk, script, slide, privy, ect, ect. Back to the thread, you didn't want to read (again) so it THIS your line of flame or do you want to go back to the subject of the thread?

You brought the change in topic.. not me. We never knew it as anything other than Social Security Number. 'Service number' or 'serial number' is a term you got off watching old war movies I suspect. Social Security Number is a term we used when I was actually in the service. See the difference? Back to the thread... if you want to provide Cliffs Notes for it I'd be happy to skim thru the actual parts that pertain to the topic. But the bottom line is that no matter how many excuses you come up with, Clinton still flip-flopped on his "tough" policy with china. Hmmm... from tough to Most Favored Nation trade status. Yeah, that's tough! lol

It's hard to determine what the original subject was but I'm taking a shot in the dark that the title of the thread is indeed the subject. I personally am in favor of casinos even though our area will not be directly affected due to our geographic location. That said, I must also add that we have driven a couple of hours from home to go to a casino. We go about once a year so you can see we are not gambling addicts. I contacted my state representative to voice my preference and he told me out of all the emails he has received it is running 75% against. However, everyone I talk to seems to be in favor. Apparently the "against" has taken the time to contact their representatives and the "fors" are sitting back and letting them make our policy.
According to this mornings news, the amendment will probably not appear on our ballots this election (due to more important issues to deal with in this session) and cannot be brought up again until 2010. What's everybody so afraid of? All we want is a CHANCE to vote on the subject.

Service number is a term used BECAUSE of the use of the term serial number in the media. *Beating head against wall,.. again* There is a reason the military uses alternate terms and codes,... wait,... you would know this if you were ever in the military. Clinton was not the topic of this thread but we have already established that he wasn't the one handing out trade kick backs to China's market center. Clinton was only lax on imports and exports. Not banking or leverage issues. He knew that America came first, not the upper 10% who would benefit from their buisness gettign cheap goods from china along with investment in their market center. The subject was about casinos and health care. Which is actually in the title. Watch the next post for clues.

That really gets my goat as well. Kentucky NEEDS this bill. Steve Langford and I even agree on this. There just isn't any serios money in this state and what extra there is gets wasted on comonweath issues like special interests and private govornment.
