We need to get the websites out there. You are right... there are many ways we can support our troops, our veterans and the families that are left behind.
It is very sad... If a soldier is killed and he has a family living on base, that family has 6 months to find another place to live and get off of the base. That is extremely difficult for the kids. Military bases are a closed community. It's a close-knit school. Those kids have to be uprooted and readjust to a new lifestyle, without one (possibly both) of their parents.
We need to give support. It's not about supporting the war or not... It's all about the troops!
