"Bigamous" remarks against Islam?

The fact that Mr. LaPlante can't distinguish between "bigamy" and "bigotry" indicates such a low level of education that his comments aren't worth taking seriously anyway.

Bigamy is, of course, allowed by Islam, and bigotry - both racial and religious - is prominent in all Muslim cultures. How many Americans, especially "Black Muslims" like Farrakhan, are aware that until the 1960s black slavery was legally allowed in Saudi Arabia, and still is informally, while in Africa, in places like the Sudan, slavery is still common in places dominated by Muslims?

Politics and religion always start wars. My thoughts as I read this thread.

The black Muslims that follow good ole Louis still declare war on the white man (as the infidels) yet the main point of it being for the black man to clean up his life and improve his/her spiritual self.

The Freewill Baptists declare all other beliefs of Chrisitanity as ignorant persons that God hasn't shown the true ways to yet.

The Middle Eastern Muslim Population within the United States has come here with the hopes of a new life away from their radical governments.

Good Ole Timothy blows up the Federal Building in Oklahoma City to speak out aginst the American Government.

Bill Clinton doesn't give permission to our coverts to shoot and kill good ole Osamma. So he lives and sends his Radical Followers to reap mass destruction on American Soil.

The folks on this board battle each other in religious beliefs without total knowledge of each others religion.

A New Congressman insists on being swarn into office with his hand on the Koran instead of the Bible.

Radical Americans burn the flag to protest whatever they wish.

People come on here and say things they have no clue about, but just want their voices heard.

Signatures below screen names quote scriptures the individual user believes in, but may be offensive to other users.

Where am I going with this? It boils down to a very simple principle. I may not agree with everything said on this board. I may be offended by ignorance and blatent slanders. My religion may be different than yours. The color of my skin might make me a social outcast. But one thing I know for certain; this country was built on FREEDOM of religion, FREEDOM of speach, and I, as a United States Marine, have defended my country to keep you free, and take great pride in the fact you can sit here and argue and express your view points without retaliation from our Government. I thank my God every day that he allowed me to survive being shot 3 times by radicals just so I can see FREEDOM at work.

I don't care who you pray to, just say a prayer and thank your higher being for allowing you to live in the LAND OF THE FREE

A perfectly logical post??? You used words you don't even understand in titling your post, "Steve Langfords bigamous remarks against Islam, NOT FUNNY!!" According to Merriam-Webster, the word 'bigamous' means the act of marrying one person while still legally married to another. I don't believe that Steve Langford said any thing about allowing bigamy.

Further, your post basically equates those who would question whether or not the basics principles of Islam promotes violence towards those considered 'infidels' by Muslims. I believe the question is a completely legitimate one that some tender-hearted souls would like to sweep under the rug. With our national security hanging in the balance, we can not afford to assume that any group means our nation no harm. This question must be examined without automatically being dismissed as religious bigotry.

So, you want to establish the, "Islam question", then.
That sounds just as noble as the, "Jewish question", another hateful person asked once.
