!! just kidding.
If you dont want to go back ,I wouldnt. Not unless it is a have to case.Good luck at the nose-to-the-grindstone way of life the rest of us have to endure.

We will still "see" you now and again, wont we? Keep in touch kittyman.
You, Angel, probably have what we call a "non-city style address". We have millions of maps created to help direct enumerators to your home if need be. I would be in big, big trouble if I were to misuse any of those maps (even if I could locate them). You have to be finger printed and photographed to work at the U.S. Census bureau.
The decision to return to work is largely by choice. My girlfriend told me about testing for the positions several months ago. I went and tested seven times. All my scores were passing but I wanted to get the highest score possible to improve my odds of getting a good position. (Your highest score obtained is what they consider.) I enjoyed my last stint from October 1998 to September 2001. Getting laid off two weeks after September 11th is a large part of the reason why I took so much time off. I had some modest investments to fall back on and so I did. I have to put a new roof on my home ASAP and I expect it to cost me $5000 or more. The old roof started leaking about year before it should have. Frankly, I'm looking forward to stepping out into the real world again.
And yes, you will see me on the WAVE 3 message boards from time to time.
