How the problem got resolved

My ladyfriend called BellSouth back after her landline got even worse. Since the line showed up as completely out of whack, the BellSouth person looked up her records and determined that she was paying for a 'linebacker' plan. The phone company came out and fixed it at no additional cost to her. At least she's happy now.

Glad to see it all worked out.

Me, too. Having her disconnected from the outside world did not improve her disposition.
