Now we have the good folks at the Justice Resource Center trying to get the courts to let them second guess the Louisville Metro Police. What will they do if the riotous crowds return and someone of color has their house burn down because the fire department can't get through or their spouse die of a heart attack because the ambulance can't get to them? What else - sue the city! This is what I call a frivolous lawsuit.

Seriously, someone had to intervene on this mess. It was left to the individuals to police themselves for too long and it did not work. And once again, the media turns the spotlight on Coleman as the one may who knows all and can save the day. Without cameras and reporters, Coleman would not spend so much time on a soapbox.
I read the story on the Broadway businesses who lost revenue and am a little confused. If the street is a parking lot, customers are not driving to the businesses, they are walking. So if the street is closed to motor vehicle traffic, you can still walk, right? So were the businesses boycotted last year by those who previously patronized them?
