I found out that the only time school employees get a background check done was when they are hired.

I think that's stupid that parents have to have a background check every year just to volunteer in a school,but the ones who are with our kids the most only had to have it done once.

It seems here the past few years a rise in incidents on the school buses are concerning busdrivers putting their hands on the students or wrecking and being the cause of it.

It's disturbing to say the least to know that school employees and transportation employees don't get background checks done every year nor drug tested.
