Before you guys start pidgin holing yourselves on speculations and assumptions once again.
The Financial situation of the Knowsis academy project and Brickhouse community center in Louisville:
The Brickhouse community center in Louisville has NO funding to offer any projects and offers no funding for any projects to anyone. They call it a DIY (Do It Yourself) community center.
It is simply a building.
Their Mortgage is often over due from month to month and they maintain no phone service of their own because they can’t afford the extra utility costs.
Another reason I had to use my own mobile for yet another purpose.
I acquired the two M5521 units, the quicksilver, the copies of Final cut HD and blue 2, the 1394 cables, the 1394 cards, the copies of Bryce, Poser and extra hard drives myself. Either through the ten years I’ve spent working and volunteering in consultation and production between the states and Quebec or out of my own pocket.
I even upgraded some of their own computers out of my own pocket. I bailed one of their board members out of the Shelby County detention center last year on a $1000.00 bond after he went nuts in a probate hearing.
The bottom line here is that I was the one giving the hand outs. All I asked was that the place be operated to the guidelines of any other 501c3.
That means ‘Non-Profit’ by the way.
Their web provider is a .cc and the golfbridge company operating their web sites is raking in a hefty PROFIT with no return to the community center at all.
I’m pretty sure it isn’t to cool with anyone else that someone is getting a free IRS tax shelter and making profit by piggy backing a tax exempt status.
I happen to pay my taxes as I “assume” any of YOU are not breaking the law either.
Unless this is yet another form of public disservice that you are ok with.
