My dog and I went out to the Jefferson Memorial Forest tonight for their 'Howl at the Moon' hike. Zeus actually managed to tired himself out a bit and we both had a great time.

3 nights in a row, little to no sleep.
Going for the Ambien CR tonight. It is not the miracle drug that they advertise it to be (or at least not for me), but it does help a bit. |

major insomnia as a side affect of some other health issues....
I used to a very sound sleeper.... all that has changed now. I never understood people who slept poorly but believe me now I do! |
