good evening all.... it promises to be a good rainy evening. Maybe I can sleep for a change instead of tossing and turning. I hate insomnia! I think I will start a thread looking of suggestions for getting a good nights sleep!

I always think of my visit to Niagara Falls when I'm trying to settle my mind (for sleeping or otherwise). You might also try the following tips from WebMD.
thanks Toast... been there and done all of those things, although I do wonder exactly when it is a person is supposed to exercise if they should not exercise after 5pm??? Not that I do alot of working out, but reality is that I don't even leave work normally until close to 6pm. Insomnia is really a crappy thing. It is interesting to google "insomnia" and see some of the website suggestions. Everything from the orientation of your bed (some say north/south, others east/west); hot bath, followed by cool room; have an alcoholic drink; don't have an alcoholic drink..... it if were not so frustrating, it would be quite amusing!
