I won't quickly dismiss the possibility that Jesus is in/on that door. After all, many people saw his mother in a grilled cheese sandwich.

Maybe it's my computer.. but i don't see "Jesus" in the door. To me, there's a slight resemblance to a human face (more like two knots in the wood making up the eyes) and little else. I think they're relying heavily on the power of suggestion to get people to see a particular identity.
A grilled cheese sounds really good right now!
