What if a repair truck from N>C> backs in to your driveway, makes huge ruts in the grass, knocks down a driveway gate and fence, and the the workmen kick out pickets to get to the power pole- what recourse do I have ??????????????? Reaqlly smashed the gate!!

I am in Oldham county, The winds have blown large limbs out of my trees from the last storm that were hanging or stuck on another tree are now on the ground, my electric keeps going off and on,

We are seeing some flickering in Bardstown.... hopefully that is as bad as it will get. Some of those gusts are scary!
