okay this has gone on long enough.....
Desperately seeking rain in Nelson County! I was mowing my weeds Monday night and with great anticipation watched the approach of a very promising looking cloud.....
As it approached it split. Half went north and half went south. No rain! But I did see a nice double rainbow to the south... ARG!

Zoo you didnt get any of the rain and hail saturday night around 7 or 7:30? Hubby and I were going to go to the races but when we stopped at the store on that exit it started to rain and hail so we just canceled the races . On the other side of town at TSC it hadnt even rained a drop, I dont think.These rain storms are wierd of late. In Springfield yesterday I got soaked getting out of my jimmy but on the other side of town barley anything at all. When I got home nothing!!

nope, Angel, we got nothing Saturday night. We live west of TSC down 245... and absolutely nothing!
Last night on the way home from work, we ran into quite the storm around Shepherdsville and the further south we went, the less rain there was. By the time we got home, it appeared we had gotten nothing more than a slight mist. It did not even disturb the dust on our metal roof!

I'm sick and tired of the weatherman being so stingy with the precipitation. Come on, Tom. Turn on the weather faucet!

agree, Toast.... but if I may be particular about it, I would prefer it not rain on the weekends...
