Hats off to the road crews in Jefferson, Bullit and Nelson counties. I had hoped to take a half day vacation today to get home before the roads got bad.... Unfortunately, that was not to be. Meetings and issues kept me at work until 5pm. I was really dreading the drive home as a couple of weeks ago when we had less snow, it took me 2.5 hrs for a drive that should have been 45 minutes. I made it home today in about 55 minutes! I was so pleased! Good job team!

I am glad you made it home Zoo. I left work Friday afternoon around 12:30 taking some consumers home and finished my routes right at 3 pm. So I got off two hours earlier than normal. I was so glad !!!!! Went grocery shopping with that extra two hours. I looked out this morn and we have about 7 or maybe 8 inches of snow on my back porch. Hip hip hooray !!!!!! It is about time we have a descent snowfall around here Am I gonna play in it ? Getting ready to go and feed all my critters and depending upon how cold I am I just may play a little with BoBo.I may find cowsickles and horsesickles in back of my barn this morning
