Time for Paris
A judge has ordered Paris Hilton to serve her time in jail in lieu of “alternative sentencing.”
The 26-year-old is not to receive a work furlough, home detention, or serve the time in a city jail program, which would let her leave for home each evening, reports TMZ.com.
But there is good news for the famous-for-being-famous felon.
If Hilton remains on her best behavior, every four days will count as six, which means she could bust out of jail after only 39 days instead of only after the full 45-day sentence.
Hilton is currently biding her time doing everything she can to remain a free bird.
She’s even started a petition begging Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for a pardon.
The desperate heiress is begging fans to sign because, as the petition points out, “Paris provides hope for young people all over the U.S. and the world.”
Um, yeah. Right.
This makes me sick. One of us do this we'll get longer than 45 days. She can do 4 GOOD days that will amount to six? Geee lets give her a bottle, let her drink it and then drive herself home from the police station! An idol for youngsters? I think I'm going to throw up!
