What do you think about Kanye West's outburst during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards?

West's outburst continues to re-affirm his lack of class. "New Money" is not a license to do as you wish. He is classic ghetto.

While Kanye West's outburst could have been made after Taylor Swift gave her speech I still do not hold ill feelings towards him. He was simply expressing his feelings and exclaiming his opinion and, with it being MTV, I'm wondering if it was staged from the beginning.
Assuming it wasn't staged, however, Taylor Swift could have done something to stop or interrupt him. It was HER speech, she should have regained the attention and taken it over. I'm a college student and in my Public Speaking class one of the first things we learned was how to deal with "hecklers," and how to regain focus.
The only reason all of this was made public was because it was on MTV. Kanye West's name is all over the news and internet now, more than before his latest album dropped. I wouldn't put it past MTV to stage something like this, it's what that network does for attention. Like companies making outrageous commercials for the superbowl for attention and sales, MTV makes up bogus "stunts," for ratings and more viewers. Remember the Bruno incident with Eminem at another MTV hosted award ceremony? That was staged. MTV has a history for it.
Once again, assuming the outburst wasn't staged, I haven't lost respect for Kanye West and I won't stop listening to his music because he decided to publicly display his opinion.
