My point wasn't to narrow issues down to police only. My point was to have my own opinion that White nor Jerry make officers what they are. They make themselves into what they are. No one can control their personalities but themselves. White and Jerry aren't to blame for how an officer grows with the communities or has been stunted with the communities. |
