What a shame! My OPINION: Him and his friend are hispanic. C*cky cop looking for a head to bust. Someones pocket and bank account is gonna be empty by the time this fella(shot fella) gets done with him(cop that shot him). The fella is recovering fast the hospital says.

Ex-Cop Sentenced To 12 Years For Rape

We seem to be doing somewhat better in Louisville. Thank God this scumbag will be locked away for awhile. He supposedly bragged to the victim that no one would believe her because he was a police officer. Truly despicable!

He is exactly why folks have a hard time trusting innocent cops. Makes me sick!
