One thing that has to be considered is the possibility that Camm will be found not guilty. This might happen
not because he's innocent but because the state may not be able to prove its case. If this does happen (and many around these parts are praying that it doesn't), I hope the Renn family (wife's side) slaps him with a wrongful death lawsuit. A wrongful death lawsuit would be much, much easy to win since it would be a civil, not a criminal proceeding.
In a criminal proceeding (always brought by the state), a defendant must be proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. In a wrongful death case (a civil proceeding brought by a citizen), the complainant (the person filing the suit) must show simply that it is slightly more likely than not that the defendant committed an act that resulted in the wrongful death of Kim Camm and/or her two children.
A wrongful death judgment against him could make it very difficult for him to hold a job or own property since almost any thing he might own would be subject to attachment
if and when the holder of the judgment became aware of it. It must be noted, however, that infamous O. J. Simpson had a judgment entered against him and he hasn't (to the best of my knowledge) paid one penny on it yet. I would expect that Mr. Simpson is being very careful to have someone else hold and control any tangible assets for him. All the same, a wrongful death judgment would create some serious headaches for David Ray Camm.

Personally, I would like to see David Ray Camm but in a cage with a thousand bees with honey poured all over him. Unfortunately, this is not an option for his punishment if he is found guilty.
