Wow, some people, yes you MJ, don't seem to have a life outside of this message board and seem to possibly have issues. I'm almost eight months pregnant and I have less hormonal issues than you do. You seem determined to respond to absolutely everyone.

I happen to live in the same neighborhood as Charla and the couple with the child's playhouse, which according to their neighbors is full of tools. My husband sits on our HOA Board and I get to hear about all kinds of idiotic issues that are just plain stupid.

It amazes me that there is so much discussion on this issue. I for one do have better things to do than spend the day on the computer.

Good luck to everyone!

It seems to be working out for our neighborhood to know what's going on and help out with our blockwatch program.
If people know what's happening in their neighborhood's, they follow suit and begin to all fall in line with the rules of the community.

Thanks prez. I'll pass this along. Smiler

MJ: and since you've missed it TWICE,I'll say it again WITH DOMINION HOMES,NOT the HOA. Clear enough NOW?

Not clear at all WHAT is with Dominion homes? And you really are a jerk. and since you are on here as a regular, you must practice at it quite a bit.

And you are so very very wrong if you think that an HOA company is the same thing as an HOA.

You obviously have lived 5 years in oblivion.

If Dominion is the developer, they incorporated the Homeowners Association. It is a non-profit corporation all by itself. Dominion has, since they created it, placed themselves on the board of directors with the HOA, as well as filled the officer roles.

Now, they may be PAYING A MANAGEMENT company to handle some of the business of the HOA, but a Management Company is NOT the HOA, it just works for the board.

You should find your by-laws, if you even have a clue what those are, and find out WHEN Dominion has to turn the HOA over to the residents.

And stop drinking. You post garbage when you're drunk.

Prez: Another good tool for Associations is the free website that Metro sets up at http://www.neighborhoodlink.com

Type in your zip code and you can see what other neighborhoods in your area use it.

Neighborhood leaders might also want to check out http://www.louivilleky.gov/Neighborhoods
