That being said, what is your excuse for Mosier?
How can any reasonable jury prove without a reasonable doubt that Yalonda Parrish did not fear for her safety!
I think you may be right on this one Phoenix, not about french toast, but about it being a young man or even an elderly man from the wrong side of town being blamed ,whether or not it was so. Notice, I didnt associate a color of skin. Color of skin has no bearing ,I dont think on this case. Moiser, has no excuse for his role in what happened to him. He should be charged, with what I dont know, but he played a role in this as well as Parrish did.He had a choice to make and made the wrong one. I took a CCDW class last Saturday , and believe it or not I was told that if I FELT I was in danger or felt my safety was in danger,I may be justified in pulling the trigger. BUT, I may also be charged if I did pull the trigger. Maybe that is what she did, pull the trigger because she felt she was in danger .She would have to justify the shooting. But the difference to me in this is that she did have a ways of escape. She was not cornered in an area where she had no way out. She was in her SUV and could have went right on over that bike and gotten out of the way of that supposed danger.I think ,Phoenix, that is why she is being looked so hard upon, she could have gotten out of the way and didnt. She chose to shoot the man and then proceeded to get out of her SUV and kick a downed man. She had a choice to make ,and hind-sight,she may have made the wrong choice. It isnt the color of her skin,it is the choice she made .

You say that Mosier should be charged yet you readily acknowledge that you have no idea what he could be charged with. Do you know how foolish that sounds??? Yes, I agree Mosier was very, very stupid to get off his bike and approach this woman. I don't believe that action gave Ms. Parrish sufficient provocation to shoot him. There's no law against being stupid.

I've heard no reports that Ms. Parrish ever kicked Mr. Mosier. According to witnesses, however, her son did. This suggests to me that he has already picked up on his mother's hair-trigger temper and lack of restraint.

Did you say Restraint? ....Ha, Mosier by the ripe age of 17 help kill an innocent man just for doing his job. By the ripe age of 19 Mosier had killed his second man via vehicular manslaughter and was acquitted. By the age of 20 Wesley Mosier had wrecked the lives of two families’ as he starts his own. Later on Mosier was arrested for selling drugs, and shoplifting, and in 2006 he was in an earlier case of road rage. So tell us again how restrained Mosier has been throughout his life Frenchy. Police officers have a name for people like Mosier, it's called repeat offender. And if the law would have done its job by protecting people Mosier's second victim would still be alive, and He and Parrish would have never had road rage in the first place. Now you suck on that while you're trying to throw a 15 year old away, and it's sad to hear you call this 15 year old a thug but we have a 53 year old thug that escaped the wheels of justice time and time again. Maybe God placed Parrish in front of Mosier as poetic justice for Mosier's first two victims????
Don't start nothing it won't be nothing.

What part of acquit don't you understand, Phoenix??? Acquit: to pronounce not guilty. A jury of Wesley Mosier's peers heard the evidence and determined that the case against him was not proven. Who are you, Phoenix, to disagree with that???

Now you're trying to speculate on God's motives. Man you've got a lot of nerve.

You have a lot of nerve to call me on my beliefs!! This government protects my right too those beliefs regardless of what French Toast thinks.
Article the third [Amendment I] Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
