One might ask why was this man still on the roads with law abiding citizens in the first place. He should have been thrown away after he had caused the death of his second victim?

You're playing pretty loose with the facts, Phoenix. Mr. Mosier was convicted in 1974 of being an accessory to manslaughter. He was indicted but not convicted on a charge of reckless homicide in a fatal car crash in 1975. Wesley Mosier is not a murderer and he is not guilty of reckless homicide as determined by a court of law. I also have to ask why you place so much faith in charges that are over a quarter of a century old??? Would you like to be judged forever on things you did when you were in your late teens and early twenties???

Maybe you could explain why you're defending a career criminal French Toast? No one has had it easier than Mosier and he continues making the same mistake until he ran into Pistol Packing Parrish. So say what you want but I know deep down if that was a thug from the west end you would not even attempt to defend him/her you would begin by saying how they need to be educated on the rights and wrongs of the law and they should be ready to accept responsibility for their actions . That being said, what is your excuse for Mosier?
How can any reasonable jury prove without a reasonable doubt that Yalonda Parrish did not fear for her safety!

I don't know if you realize this, Phoenix, but 33 years is a long, long time ago. People change over time and it's usually for the better. I don't see how you can hold these two things over Mr. Mosier's head unless he's doing the same sort of stuff these days. Ms. Parrish did not know anything about Mr. Mosier's past when she shot him. Trying to say that she feared for her safety because of Mr. Mosier's past is just plain silly.

By the way, Phoenix, it is the prosecutor's job to prove Ms. Parrish guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, not the jury.

French,I know that the DA is the one that builds the case against the defendant. However the members of the jury are the ones that must interpret the evidence and the testimonies of the witness's and to ultimately decide guilt or innocence,Not the District Attorney!!!
