Oh yeah!! Why did the Indiana State Police state that no actions would be taken until after the Grand Jury? Furthermore did Kentucky revoke Koenig's permit after he shot Pickerall? Realizing however that it varies state to state but it's not that much of a difference.

With Perkerill, there was a gun in his car and Koenig had a witness, albeit his wife, who backed his assertion of self defense.

As for waiting for the grand jury findings, I can only guess that they wanted to make sure that there was substantial evidence of Yalanda Parrish's potential guilt. Again, they weren't looking for conclusive proof - just a likelihood. There's a difference between taking someone's gun away and taking away their liberty. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Citizens have a right to information about this incident and the events that are said to have transpired. You have to give people credit, Phoenix, for knowing that allegations are not always 100% accurate. Roll Eyes

I agree that citizens should have the right to information; however it should be none bias. Yalonda was hung out to dry by the media point blank. I find it so sad that they did not speak of how Moiser called this lady the N-word and was spitting on her car. Yet she had no reason to believe that Mosier would not do her harm, what are you smoking? The media let Mosier's lawyer crucify Parrish with bull about him being handicap and how she had 42 routes she could have taken. Guess what? So could Mosier. However Parrish never approached Mosier that is what makes this case stink to high heaven! And the using of her 911 calls was at best a weak attempt to show flaws in this ladies character, have you ever heard of this one before? Yet no charges have been filed on good old Mosier the murderer and dope dealer. I often wondered what would have happen if Parrish was a white woman.

Now suck on that Frenchy!!! Roll Eyes

You have taken things out of context as usual Frenchy, I explained that I felt Jeffersonville/Clarksville police made Parrish look guilty by trying to revoke her permit before she had her day in court. And if they felt she was a threat to the public she should have been locked up. But they made it public that they were going after her permit. A reasonable person could see that as a miscarriage of justice. And the state police agreed that nothing should have been done until after the grand jury findings. What ever happen to innocent until proven guilty?? What part of this don't you understand? Face it, this lady was lynched by public opinion and the media and the police...She was found guilty before she entered a courthouse, keep lying too yourself if it makes you feel better.
