Well I didn't do that all I said is with everything that is going on today with the war now and everything else in this world that is going wrong. That we as Americans don't have any say no more they are taking that right from us now. As for the bare of arms issue I have just an opinion and feelings on that.
I find it odd, VIC51, that you and PennyMae both refer to it as the right to "bare" arms. 'Bare' means naked while 'bear' means to carry. It makes one wonder if you two are not one and the same. Hmmm...
Buddy you have many screen names too.
Let's see, M.J. . You've used *~*M*J*~*, GettingShaggyWithIt, Melissa_007, American_Woman, Summer Lovin, and AmErIcAn WoMaN. Pot, this is kettle. Kettle, meet pot.
Used to use those-don't anymore and haven't for a long time. I haven't made any new ones since MJ as you have done since French Toast. Also I am not going around pointing out posters whom made other ids as you are doing. Just like you informed me and a few other posters not long ago that it was rude to post news from other sources here but you keep doing it. Now that is pot to kettle syndrome.

They hate it because we were RIGHT all along...even if we were just speculating or "criticizing". When things don't add up, it is what it is and none of this added up from the time it was reported on the news. We called it as we saw it and by goodness, we were RIGHT. Big Grin
We were right? Come on man I know you're not that naive french toast, or are you?? How bad is it when the DA had an opinion column in NewsAndTribune asking folk how they felt about the way he handled the case so far!! And what about Mosier?? He made his own problem by approaching the lady in the first place. IMO... I'm not surprised at all how this lady was treated. Before the lady was to appear before the grand jury the police were trying to revoke her permit, do you not see that as prejudicial to her hearing?? The Indiana state police felt the same way; they took no actions until after the grand jury's findings. The Jeffersonville/Clarksville police and the surrounding News Channels served Parrish up like a Turkey Dinner. It was a kangaroo court style lynching all day long!!
Don't start nothing it won't be nothing.

If I am not mistaken, Phoenix, I believe the revoking of her permit is standard procedure when there has been a firearm altercation. I think that if she is found innocent, her permit will be restored.

ZOO is right, Phoenix. The threshold for revoking someone's Concealed Carry Permit is lower than that required to prove someone guilty in a court of law. Revoking Yalanda Parrish's CCP is not a pre-judgment of guilt - it's represents an abundance of caution for protecting the rest of us. It is standard procedure much like putting a police officer involved in a shooting on paid administrative leave.
As far as local media coverage is concerned, Phoenix, you can't put a gag order upon all the local newspapers, television, radio stations, and internet sites over a shooting. Citizens have a right to information about this incident and the events that are said to have transpired. You have to give people credit, Phoenix, for knowing that allegations are not always 100% accurate.
