Now folks let's talk about this issue about the biker. Can any of you honestly say none of you haven't had a close call with today's drivers in Louisville. I can't believe no one have mentioned that the biker not only walked up to her vehicle, he had the sand to throw a punch at her. Yes his butt deserved that bullet. I also believe that the lady should be charged for kicking the guy once he was no longer a threat.
Hey man,how you been!?! I just don't know about shooting him. These days some chicks could beat him up. No seriously though,it would be much interesting to me if we could get some more information on this. If I could see for myself, the first thing I would look for is did she have an out? Second thing I'd want to know is why was her first impulse shooting someone. About her and the son, there was NO reason to exit the car in my honest opinion so we agree on that they should be charged.

I understand where you're coming from. On the flipside of that, there seems to be too many "young bucks" rolling all up on our bumpers or zig zagging between us. I've had them on bike night cut out in front of me to get too Hooters. Ok so was it really worth you almost getting hit to rush into Hooters parking lot??? I'm turning from Dixie to Upper Hunters. Hooters is right there on the corner. My front end is right there at the entrence/exit of Hooters and some young buck races thru my lane right into Hooters parking lot. I had to slam on my brakes. I could hear other bikers yelling at him, calling him a dumb butt(only they weren't so nice) and saying she should have hit your ignorant bleep. I was pretty mad. I was mad because I don't want to be the one who a young man is stuck under my car or what have you because he thinks he's so cool he can't be hurt or killed. I was coming from Valley Station area one day. Real nice day too! It was going quite well until grrrr, another young buck rolled up on me. I was sitting at a stop light. He was so close he could have extended his arm to prop himself up on the bed of my truck. I was like what the heck is he doing so close!?! How can I take off with him right there even with my back tire!?!?? So I turned my head to let him know dude that ain't right back off. He smiles. GRRR! No no no,I want you to get back. So I stuck my head out and said Please move back you're too close. He smiles and waves at me. So I just said ohhh forget it and I took off slow because I was scared he'd get hurt. He wasn't scared for himself but I was for him. So we get up some speed and he's STILL right beside the divers side tire! His front tire is even with my back tire. So I tried to get over I wanted away from him,but I couldn't go anywhere. Like I said it was nice out, everyone and their granny was out. So I found a side street to turn on just to get away from him. About 2 weeks later a friend of mine(another biker) said he chewed him out. Apparently my complaining about it,and him telling how he was riding some chick in a truck was told to the same guy. I know he got a good chewing out too!

Why, because I have dealt with the Clark County Courts system for the past 12 years with three different women and have yet to see the courts system do anything to them. It is a sad state when "EQUALITY" does not matter. That woman should have only pulled the trigger as a last resort..
Do you know for sure she didn't have a choice? As for her and the son kicking him,...whatever they actually did, that is wrong no doubt.

If the guy opened the SUV's door and attempted to assault the woman, she had every right to protect herself. If she opened the door, hit the guy, then shot him? She should be charged.
When the man wakes up and gives his version of events, witness statements are collected, and the woman tells her side, we will see if it was self defense or estrogen with a hair trigger.
He couldn't have opened it if she had locked it. Seems so far she was already thinking about the gun. Guess we'll see.
