I wasn't aware that murder was a minor infraction regarding the law... No matter what you say he's been in the penitentiary twice,(A two time loser, what happen to that personal responsibility you love to talk about.) Now the defendant is the one with minor infractions as the law goes. She never stole the life of someone's father, husband, son, brother etc.. However your boy Mosier has, end of story!!!

Wesley Mosier was NEVER convicted of murder. He was convicted of being an accessory to manslaughter some twenty years ago. Whole different animal, Phoenix. You're repeatedly trying to upgrade some very old charges. In doing so, you're admitting that the charges he was convicted of aren't that significant in light of the fact that Wesley Mosier has remained out of trouble for the last decade or two and the level of those charges.

Accessory: a person who, though not present, abets or assists in the commission of an offense

Did someone lose their life because of the actions of Mosier ? Yes!
Was Moiser convicted for said crime? Yes!
Did Mosier do time in a penitentiary? Yes !
After serving his time did it bring back that life? No

Something other than murder.

It is odd that she did not shoot the first guy that approached her back in March. Maybe to her she didn't because he was black. Who knows.

This time she just shoots and the guy is white. Maybe she's had her butt kicked around by a white man before who knows.

All that matters is from the 911 tape and everything else we've been allowed to read/see/hear it points to her as too aggressive to have a gun period.

Her son apparently has some issues as well. I mean the last thing that kid should have been thinking about is kicking a shot man. That is too agressive and needs much attention as well. Yes he's a teen. Yes he just had major drama pop off in front of him,but after his mother shoots someone he should feel somewhat ok that the man can not get them and he should be concerned about what will happen to his mother. What does he do? Gets out and stomps the dude. Too agressive and needs attention period.

Mosier made a bad judgement call. It almost cost him his life. Perhaps in the near future he'll take a different route than to step up to someone.

As for if it was a white woman shooting a black man. Doesn't matter. If she made the wrong call then she should be in the same hot seat as Parrish. If the black biker made a stupid move then perhaps in the near future he won't rush to step up to anyone.

It's simple folks. Do the right thing and you won't be called on it. Do the wrong thing and deal with whatever comes your way. It's how the world works.

IF they do then they obviously didn't learn a darn thing and whatever happens to them happens. See her in the jail and see him in the ground. If her son does what he did again then see him in jail too.

Life is too short for guns in faces,people in your face,being p*ssy over trying to get somewhere in a hurry. LEAVE EARLY! DRIVE SAFE! If that's too hard then both of them shouldn't have a driver's license either!
