Now folks let's talk about this issue about the biker. Can any of you honestly say none of you haven't had a close call with today's drivers in Louisville. I can't believe no one have mentioned that the biker not only walked up to her vehicle, he had the sand to throw a punch at her. Yes his butt deserved that bullet. I also believe that the lady should be charged for kicking the guy once he was no longer a threat.

Were you actually at the scene of this incident or is this some second (or third) hand account of the incident that you're relating to us??? Does the fact that he (the motorcyclist)was white and she (the SUV driver) was black have anything to do with you assessment of the incident??? Can't you just once shut your eyes to the people's color and look at the facts of the situation???

I haven't seen in any news accounts where he actually threw a punch. From what I have read, there have been different accounts of what happened. I don't think it is even known yet who opened the car door...whether it was the motorcyclist or the SUV driver.

I do think that had she simply had her windows rolled up and doors locked and simply flashed the gun he would have backed away....like she did before. Seems to me she didn't do that this time...she shot first and then her and her son proceeded to curse and kick a downed man.

There's more to it than what's in the news at this point.

Better yet get over yourself and that I know better egotistical attitude you display. Mosier had that Billy Bad A$$ attitude which got him shot point blank. Had that been a Black man approaching a white female in a threatening manor, I would expect her to do no less. Man do you know how many times I was almost killed by aggressive driving soccer moms?? I can't count how many times, now ask me how many times did I get out of my car and approached those females?? Not once!!
