The guy's in his mid-fifties, for goodness sakes!!! There's no indication that he was 'hopped up' on any substance when he encountered Ms. Parrish. I'm sure if he was acting the least bit loopy, the Jeffersonville cops would have ran a drug and alcohol test on him. Afterall, that would have made him guilty of DUI.
LOL!!! LOL!!! Now I'm going to pull my race card and why not French Toast owns a deck of them!! Now if that was a black man from the west end of Louisville and the case were the same, meaning that A black guy was shot by a white female over road rage and he had priors of murder/manslaughter and drug charges it would be a open and shut case. I dare someone to dispute what I'm saying as not factual. How is it possible that I can find more information on Mosier than the major News Channels?? Moreover if it were a black man all of the information from 30 years ago would be presented as if It happen last year and it would stick. And I'm not aware that calling 911 52 times is a crime?? French Toast is just that, toast, a fool in denial!! YOU FAILED!!
Don't start nothing it won't be nothing.

I suppose you have sources, Phoenix, even the Grand Jury isn't privy to. Ultimately, the Grand Jury will decide whether charges are filed against Ms. Parrish, Ms. Parrish's sone, or Mr. Mosier. If the Grand Jury does return any charges against Mr. Mosier, Phoenix, I will treat you to dinner at Morton's Steak House. That's a promise!

Can't we all just get along??? Why Can’t We All Just Get Along?"Recent advances in the neurosciences have established an irrefutable fact: Human beings are emotional, not rational." This shouldn't surprise anyone when you think about how people use credit cards, how we purchase automobiles, how we enjoy spectator sports, etc. Used to, we were taught at a very early age not to offend anyone. Now it seems as if the rule is, 'speak softly and carry a big stick (or gun or fist, etc). Yalanda Parrish didn't feel threatened when Wesley Mosier approached her vehicle. It was daylight. There were hundreds of people nearby. She was a stop light. She just didn't want to lose face (especially in front of her son). So instead of keeping her window rolled up and her door locked, amd calling 911, she got out and got even. As often happens when we let our emotions get the best of us, she did something stupid that she probably now regrets. The only reason that the Clark County prosecutor is presenting this to a Grand Jury is out of an overabundance of caution and a fear that the charges criminal charges against Yalanda Parrish might be viewed as racially motivated. Ms. Parrish will be charged. There is no way anyone can justify her actions Tuesday, June 17th at 10th Street and Allison Lane under the circumstances. Ms. Parrish decided she wanted to be Ms. Bad @ss that day. In the end, we all have to pay when we lose control of our emotions.
