I am disturbed that there are people who are making this a racial issue. What does race matter here? Either she acted appropriately under the circumstances or not.

The reasoning for race coming into play is because March 31,2008 she was approached by a black man and ONLY pointed her gun at him and told him to back off. This time it was a white man and instead of doing the same she just shoots him. That's the only thing I can see why it would come up.

The Police nor the News are digging as deep as they should, regarding Mr. Mosier. Why are they blocking his full record?? Now we know for a fact that he's been to the Pen twice once for murder and drugs as this record clearly shows, but you people paint him as a victim he's not!! I said once, I'll say it again both need jail time only the three strike law would hold Mosier in the Pen for the rest of his days!! Parrish will be out but mosier won't see his home or that motorcycle again.

The world according to Phoenix: The black guy (or gal) is always right and the white guy is always wrong. Fact is Mr. Mosier was never charged with murder but with being an accessory to manslaughter and the conviction was some twenty years ago. That doesn't seem relevant at all to me.
