We do not know what transpired between Mosier and Parrish that would make her pull the trigger on Mosier and not the "Brotha" as you put it. To be fair Mosier is not going to admit any wrong doing. And I'm sure Parrish is not going to say she could have done anything except what she did. Stalemate!!

The courts will decide what is the best course of action regarding this case.

No use asking what Phoenix thinks "honestly" because he HONESTLY thinks that Mosier is ALL at fault and the lady in the SUV is his hero.

Both are a danger to the public, you folks want to see Mosier as some sort of victim, their are no victims here. You see, we can argue until judgement day and the outcome will still be the same. The only thing one have to say is "why did Mosier get off is bike and approach this female." Cause and Effect!!
