the particular hormone associated with this crime is irrelevant. The woman has history of pulling her weapon as well as an alleged manslaughter charge from the 70's. In this case it is indeed estrogen with a hair trigger. I would hate to be sitting next to her in traffic and look at her in the wrong way. She sounds like a nut case to me. She could have rolled up her windows and locked her door and showed the gun....shooting someone point blank in the chest is definitely a last resort. Then her son kicking the guy while he's on the ground? Hello!!! Sounds like they both have anger issues. Her permit to carry should most definitely be pulled.

Yes she could have but what if he had a gun when he approached them and shot them first? So while that's a nice thought, it's not necessarily the best defense. Shoulda woulda coulda.....the fact is he didn't have a gun and that was pretty apparent due to it being broad daylight and the man's hands were clearly visible to witnesses as "empty"...you are grasping at straws. This woman clearly has anger issues on the road. I'm sorry but you just don't freak out and shoot someone in the chest...if she's that paranoid she definitely shouldn't be carrying. Also, she is reputed to be a crack marksman....hmmmm.....if that's the case a bullet to the shoulder or arm would have been suffice, dontcha think?

Well,my opinion, she needs to be charged with assualt with a deadly weapon. Even if the guy was weaving in and out of traffic dosent give anyone a reason or cause to shoot someone in the chest. Yea, I know he got off his bike, said he lost his teeth, and then she shot him. That wasnt enouygh for her and her son ,they alledgedly got out and started kicking him AFTER he was shot and couldnt do anything. Her and her son needs to be prosecuted . Why did he get off his bike and go to her car, does anyone know ???

I agree with the first part, Angel. It sounds like the woman and / or her son behaved like animals. The saying goes, "you don't kick a man when he's down." How true in this case. What I also find rather darnning is what Yalanda Parrish said after the 911 dispatcher told her to calm down, she replied, "How can I calm down? He tried to hit me." This woman sounds like she has very serious anger management issues. Text of 911 callAs for why he got off his bike and approached her car, I can only guess that they had some interaction moments earlier (failure to yield, etc) that angered the cyclist. I'm sure he was going to tell her (one way or another) that she needed to change her driving habbits. She apparently didn't welcome such comments.
