quote: The shooting occurred at 2:45 p.m. on 10th Street near Allison Lane. Several witnesses said they saw Mosier driving erratically, stop in front of Parrish at the traffic light and approach her car.
Okay, so we know he was driving erratically. So, an excuse:
quote: Mosier acknowledged driving his motorcycle erratically before the shooting, Thompson said, but said he was trying to get away from Parrish. Thompson also said Mosier told detectives he was having brake problems that may have added to the perception of erratic driving.
But in the WLKY32 interview:
quote: Mosier said the pavement was uneven and there were railroad tracks. He said after being tailgated for some time, he drove in between two cars to get away from her.
He has all kinds of reasons for the way he was driving, doesn't he? If I had to guess, he cut her off or something and about caused a wreck, and it ticked her off.
I'm a bit annoyed that I can't find the article it was in, but I KNOW it was written in one very RECENT article (on this site, I believe) that Wilder mentioned that Mosier's motorcycle had Handicap tags, as if that somehow made a difference in the way he was driving and that along should have made Parrish back off. I'm getting the feeling this might have been removed from the article. Perhaps it was out of context, or perhaps a certain someone requested it removed?
As an asisde: Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what kind of handicap you could have and still get tags for a motorcycle? That seems a little odd to me. I know they have them, but handling a motorcycle takes both hands, both legs, both eyes, good balance, and being quite heavy, you should probably have a good heart and lungs, too. Maybe I'm missing something?
He took PARTS of reports and anyone with any sense at all can see what he did. Anyone can make a story look good by taking parts of a report that fit their agenda. It's from the Hey Martha Forum.

M.J. is Mosier your uncle or Husband? Because you're greasing it up pretty hard their sweetheart!! LOL!!
Phoenix sweetheart, I quoted the news report. This isn't my report,it's the NEWS Report. So how did I grease up anything? You have been away pretty long so I guess that's why you forgot my husband is a black man. Nope Mosier isn't my husband nor my uncle. Haven't heard of him until the news reports of the road rage.
To update any further questions on who I am related to and so on... No I am not related to the mail carrier nor the black man in March that was allowed to walk away with just a gun pointed at him and her saying back off.

Although you're quoting the news, the news is quoting the lawyer of Moiser. Now I can see you guys coming after me for posting some hear say from Yalanda Parrish's attorney. Yalanda Parrish is getting tried by public opinion and the media. When I referred to Mosiers past you said It was not recent their for it's out, however you want to make light of a murder charge??? I smell double standards all the way to high heaven. Don't you M.J.?? Let me make myself crystal clear, if it's fair I have no problem with it. However I can't see fairness here, only individual bias.
Don't start nothing it won't be nothing.

Whoa there...hold on buckaroo...I never tried to make light of Mosier's "murder" charge. I simply asked you time and time again to provide any proof whatsoever that he was the actual murderer and you side-stepped me every post along the way. In light of the growing news accounts of what really went down that day, grow up and admit you were wrong. Even Canon had the guts to do that!
