I don't see where I said for her to try and out run him on his bike. I said he can't keep up with her as he's approaching her and she mashes on the gas. He'd be on foot. She would then just nail his bike and it's his own fault as I said. If he cared that much about it he would have stayed on it.

She sounds alot older than 39 on the tape and she does sound like she has an attitude problem. More so than being scared. I don't fault her though. Much happened and mixed emotions run wild at times. It sounded like she even had to tell her son to sit down after the firefighter told him show me your hands and to sit down.

No, I am not angry at all. I am just of the opinion that she isn't an innocent victim in all of this. If you read my posts, you'd see that I blame BOTH of them. And I just have my beliefs that she might have been able to have handled it all differently...which from the posts...others have agreed on that.

And no, I Mosier isn't my husband or my lover. Wouldn't know him if I fell over him on the street. Just because I have my opinions on the matter doesn't mean I have any more special interests than hoping that justice is done and that it hopefully prevents something like this from happening in the future.

And no, I don't hate the lady that did the shooting. Wouldn't know her either if I fell over her on the street. I just have my opinions as to what went down that day, and as I have stated, she isn't an innocent victim.

I have also wonderered how many other times she has "flashed her gun" at someone she "perceived" as a threat. Of course it wouldn't be a reported incident cause they would probably just get the heck out of dodge and not mess with the crazy B that's packing. Just cause she has a permit to carry doesn't mean she should have one. Time will tell if she still will.

As for what goes on in my head...well I like to think I got it screwed on pretty straight...for living in such a messed up world.

I do have to apologize to you Phoenix for saying you brought up the race card, cause you didn't bring race into it.

And I have to correct where I said that Mosier was 59...he was 53...making him 18 when he had the murder charge against him.
