Yes, you did post links...to the road rage incident, which we've all already seen. I asked you to provide proof on the fact that Mosier was a killer from 35 years ago. You are the one that brought that up and felt it should be pertinent to this incident but you didn't back it up in any shape, form or fashion.

Motorcyclist shot in apparent road-rage incident (audio included)

I've been waiting to chime in with this thought for a while so here goes. As I see it, they both share responsibility for this happening. He (Wesley Mosier) started it by zipping in front of her SUV, getting off his bike, and approaching her SUV (presumably in a threatening way). She (Yalanda Parrish) was not justified in shooting the biker because he didn't pose a real threat to herself or her son. What she should have done is kept her doors locked and her windows rolled up called police, and prepared herself to push the bike out of her way with her SUV.

If you listen closely to the audio of the 911 tapes, you'll hear her reply to the dispatcher's admonition to calm down with, "How can I calm down? He tried to hit me." This indicates serious anger management issues.
Later in the same call, Yalanda Parrish gets in a brief, heated argument with a fire fighter who wants to know where her gun is. She becomes obviously aggitated when the firefighter continues to interupt her call wanting to know wear the gun is and apparently wanting to put handcuffs on her. (I didn't know firefighters carried handcuffs.)

Yalanda Parrish has all the indications of being a human powder keg just waiting for the right person to light her very short fuse.

Are you angry?? You act as though Mosier was your husband or lover. What's the deal?? Do you have special interest here or perhaps you have hate for the lady that did the shooting?? Something is going on in that head of yours, what? I haven't the slightest, once you figure it out give me a buzz!!

The law clearly states that if you believe you are in imminent (immediate) danger of physical bodily injury by another person, you have the right to use deadly force to prevent it. The law also says that you do not have to wait until you are assaulted to act. My response to the Jeffersonville detective that feels Ms. Prrish should or could have done something else is this. Mr. Mosier could or should have stayed on his motorcycle. No where does the law say that you have to run from a person that is approaching you with intentions to do you bodily harm. Madison and the 1st U.S. Congress felt that the right to bear arms to protect yourself to be so significant that they put it 2nd only to the right to exercise free speech, right to assemble, and freedom of religion. It is one of the most fundamental human rights. The right to protect yourself. The fact that Ms. Parish has pulled her weapon before has no bearing on if she was justified in pulling this time or not. If an individual and I were engaged in road rage, exchanging verbal and hostile language and hostile gestures going down the road, and when I came to a stop, the person gets out/off of their vehicle and is clearly approaching with a countenance of rage on his face and hostile bodily language, begin to make motions to put their hands on me, I would have shot him too. Any reasonable person would believe that the aggressor was about to do bodily harm to them.
It is my prayer that the grand jury does not get caught up in emotions, and the sensationalizing of the media and consider the facts and law as they are.
