I have no problem with it going to the grand jury; however listen to your wording. Let's not mix words you already have this lady pegged as guilty. You continue to "tell me about how this is not so cut and dry or she is not as innocent as I'm making her to be." What about Mosier?? You continue to prop him up on a pedestal as if he's not the main cause of the entire fiasco...

Nevertheless you are entitled to your opinion, I just think she is being drugged threw the mud because she did not handle the situation to your liking. Let's be fair, police officers kill people everyday why? Because they were in fear, for their lives and they are cleared even though the victim was unarmed. Are you telling me that your holding this lady to a higher standard that you would hold a trained police officer?? At best she should be charged with assault for the kicking him once he was shot and was on the ground that was not warranted...

On the contrary. I am not putting Mosier on a pedestal. And I am not holding her to any higher standard that I would anyone who chooses to carry a gun.

If you have followed everything I have said, I said they are BOTH to blame for what transpired. You have yet to answer any of my responses to your questions/accusations, but yet you want us to simply say, "Oh Phoenix08 is right in everything he has said and it was ALL Mosier's fault". If that is what you want...then back it up...as I have been saying! How do you and you alone know that it was all Mosier's doing?

Furthermore, I am not the only person who has to wonder about her actions in...you know the saying...shoot first, then ask questions later. If it was a true, honest to God case of self-defense, I would think it would have been that cut and dried for the prosecutors and it would never go to the Grand Jury. In addition, they wouldn't be looking at taking her permit to carry from her.

I stand with my convictions...there's more to the story and she ain't an innocent victim here. She chose to play the road rage game and she lost, just as Mosier has, and worse yet, just as her son has. Was ANY of it worth it in the end!

I made a statement and I provided links regarding the case. However you want to accept some information and throw other pertinent information in the trash can. In my opinion that shows bias, as I stated once before, I respect your opinion. I would hope you would show the same respect. So at this point I can only agree to disagree with you.
