I don't know I am for her sitting in jail,but perhaps her gun removed,take her permit(s),take some parenting classes(due to the FACT she allowed her son to get out is UNFIT to me),traffic school(specifically for road rage,what to do,not to do),and probation,at least 10 years worth.

To hell with the 200+lb killer with an attitude, that blocked her vehicle then got off his bike and approached this lady and her son.

If he makes it, he too should have to go too some kind of traffic school and possibly some probation for his actions and provoking a dangerous situation.

When Mosier got of his bike he became the aggressor point blank.
That could mean he shook his fist at her,he cussed her out,he threw dirt on her SUV,he flipped her the finger,... doesn't mean he automatically as going to bust out her windows,catch her SUV on fire,kill them,.... I still say she should have mashed on the gas and at least attempted to get away,if she couldn't then by all means the gun may have been the answer.

Yet she's the one to blame that is so pathetic folks, what happen to take responsibility for your actions.

I don't think either are without blame. Clearly both had choices and they weren't the correct ones.

No,but someone whom is truly scared for their life doesn't get out either nor allow their child to get out.

No, she did not, yet if convicted she will serve more time than Mosier did for murder that is a guarantee!!! I don't think she'll be convicted in a manner of jail time. some years of probation and a few other things strongly possible.

and she’s held to a higher standard, please explain?? She had choices and I feel she made the wrong one. I think I'm more sickened by her than anything for letting her son get out of the car. Real protection there-not! She didn't know if there was one of his buds standing by,but hey let your kid out of the car.

I'm proud of how she dealt with the situation she could have empty the clip in Mosier but she didn't.

Even cops shoot one bullet after the other. They usually are scared for their life though.

In my point of view she showed restraint, many would have killed Mosier then it was her word against a dead mans.

So why didn't she shoot the brotha that approached her back in March since she's allowed to carry and shoot whomever approaches her? She just showed it to him and told him to back off and he did. Same would have worked for Mosier. He would have backed off too.
