Again, do YOU know if Mosier was actually the killer in that situation? You keep skirting the issues that YOU bring up and don't answer my questions. Do YOU know for a FACT any of what you keep spouting off is true, but do nothing to support it. I'll be the first to admit I am wrong when there is fact to back it up. So show me proof of where Mosier was actually the murderer and I'll admit that maybe he does have anger issues...even if it was 35 years ago and the shooter's anger issues were heard on tape just as recently as March of this year.

Bottom line is that it was road rage that got out of hand.
He should have stayed on his bike and got away from her. Shoulda, coulda, didn't.
She should have kept her windows up and her doors locked and got away from him. If he became a real threat at that point, then shoot. Should, coulda, didn't.
No one knows what any of us would do in that situation. However, I think we can ALL agree that we would have had our windows up and our doors locked.
But I hope we all learn from this that we need to slow down and stop being so rude to other drivers and that if you do get into an incident with someone, think, think hard, because you might be the next shooter, or worse yet, the next victim!

I'm sorry I can't see how Mosier was the innocent person here, however that’s cool. I'm just honest about things that happen in the real world. Many on this forum got this lady sized for an orange jump suit. To hell with the 200+lb killer with an attitude, that blocked her vehicle then got off his bike and approached this lady and her son. When Mosier got of his bike he became the aggressor point blank. Yet she's the one to blame that is so pathetic folks, what happen to take responsibility for your actions. Did this lady get out of her SUV and approach Mosier and open fire on him?? No, she did not, yet if convicted she will serve more time than Mosier did for murder that is a guarantee!!! So many of you females are talking about what she could have done, what about Mosier?? He’s the older of the too and she’s held to a higher standard, please explain?? I'm proud of how she dealt with the situation she could have empty the clip in Mosier but she didn't. In my point of view she showed restraint, many would have killed Mosier then it was her word against a dead mans. You think About That!!! Not That It Would Matter
Don't start nothing it won't be nothing.

I have stated he should have never approached her. I'm just honest about things that happen in the real world. As I am. I would have(can't and won't speak for anyone else)stompped on the gas to get away and if I had to take his bike with me so be it. it wasn't that important to him if he's willing to get off of it and approach another driver. Once he sterted to approach me the bike is fair game. His bike or my life, his bike is a goner and I wouldn't think about it.Many on this forum got this lady sized for an orange jump suit. I don't know I am for her sitting in jail, but perhaps her gun removed, take her permit(s),take some parenting classes(due to the FACT she allowed her son to get out is UNFIT to me),traffic school(specifically for road rage, what to do,not to do),and probation,at least 10 years worth. To hell with the 200+lb killer with an attitude, that blocked her vehicle then got off his bike and approached this lady and her son. If he makes it, he too should have to go too some kind of traffic school and possibly some probation for his actions and provoking a dangerous situation. When Mosier got of his bike he became the aggressor point blank. That could mean he shook his fist at her,he cussed her out,he threw dirt on her SUV,he flipped her the finger,... doesn't mean he automatically as going to bust out her windows, catch her SUV on fire, kill them,.... I still say she should have mashed on the gas and at least attempted to get away,if she couldn't then by all means the gun may have been the answer. Yet she's the one to blame that is so pathetic folks, what happen to take responsibility for your actions. I don't think either are without blame. Clearly both had choices and they weren't the correct ones. Did this lady get out of her SUV and approach Mosier and open fire on him?? No,but someone whom is truly scared for their life doesn't get out either nor allow their child to get out.No, she did not, yet if convicted she will serve more time than Mosier did for murder that is a guarantee!!! I don't think she'll be convicted in a manner of jail time. some years of probation and a few other things strongly possible. So many of you females are talking about what she could have done, what about Mosier?? He has been mentioned by me. He could have stayed on his bike and a few other things, but he messed up getting off of it and approaching her. He’s the older of the too Apparently not the wiser. and she’s held to a higher standard, please explain?? She had choices and I feel she made the wrong one. I think I'm more sickened by her than anything for letting her son get out of the car. Real protection there-not! She didn't know if there was one of his buds standing by,but hey let your kid out of the car. I'm proud of how she dealt with the situation she could have empty the clip in Mosier but she didn't. Even cops shoot one bullet after the other. They usually are scared for their life though. In my point of view she showed restraint, many would have killed Mosier then it was her word against a dead mans. So why didn't she shoot the brotha that approached her back in March since she's allowed to carry and shoot whomever approaches her? She just showed it to him and told him to back off and he did. Same would have worked for Mosier. He would have backed off too.You think About That!!! Not That It Would Matter
