According to JCPS records obtained by WAVE 3, Deidre Elliot, an early childhood instructor with 11 years experience and her teaching assistant Kimberly Smith are accused of telling children if they don't rest at nap time they have to bend over and touch their toes or do pushups. One child allegedly said, "If you're really bad, Ms. Elliot will get the stick." That stick is a 12-inch ruler.

Is this a correct measure or a parent or two wanting revenge?

Dont really know if it is legal or not,but they can hand out condoms to our underage children so they can go out and have sex with whom ever and they also can go get abortions without a parents knowledge . Our daughters can get on the pill now without Mom or Dad knowing it.
