The point is You do have these rights. And quite frankly, They are taken for granet untill they're gone. And I have had discussions over this matter and people have called me NUTS.. The Facts are this You Do Have these rights and they are slowly being taken away.
The 4th amendment is plainly being voilated... They have no right to walk into a class room and eeny, minni, miney, moe lets go it's time to be tested. They can't do that... It is an illegal Search and Seizer.. Period.
