What is the probable cause to Drug Test Our Kids.? It Shouldn't be allowed. I know they do these types of test on kids that are in Sports, that I can understand, But The Whole School? No! It is a violation of the 4th Amendment and for those who care so is the Wiretapping....
The 4th Amendment says this..
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Before you know it they'll be coming to our Homes wanting Random Drug Test from American Citizens.. What do you think of that? Well believe it or not it is coming to that. Our City Streets are being monitored and NOT solely for watching Criminals. But if you want to believe what they are telling you go for it.
Either way Drug testing, Survalence of Citizens, Wiretapping,
It Violates the 4th amendment...quote:

Kids should be checked regularly for these kind of things, that way we don't have as many problems! In fact, Jefferson County Schools are going to start doing random drug tests on kids. Is THAT violating the Fourth Amendment? What are YOUR thoughts?
For as long as but a hundred of us remain alive, never will we on any conditions be brought under Tyrant Rule. It is not for glory, nor riches, nor honors that we are fighting, but for freedom — for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.
