Yes, Ernie, your administration has had some great accomplishments. Those accomplishments, however, have been greatly overshadowed by your handling of the Kentucky attorney general's indictments of people in your administration, including yourself.

By pardoning everyone except yourself, you have help to ensure that the truth, good or bad, will never get out. Consequently, there is a very dark cloud hanging over you and it's not going away any time soon. Kentucky is a largely democratic state and the democrats who crossed party lines to vote for you last time will likely not do so this time. By winning the primary, you only help to ensure that the democrats will thoroughly whip you (and maybe other republicans) in the fall election.

Just in case any body is wondering, I did vote for Ernie the last time around but I won't be doing so again. I feel that your administation has squandered the oportunity you had to change Kentucky government and that you personally have turned your back on your campaign promise to "clean up the mess in Frankfort."

I kept wondering why the Lexington-Herald Leader kept referring to the Ernie Fletcher 'pigtail' commercial. I finally took a close look at the Fletcher commercial. It has a two second shot of a little girl in pigtails. That girl is supposed to represent Anne Northup. I guess Ernie feels like Anne has joined all the other bullies in Kentucky to beat up on him.

I'm sorry. Our governor is off his meds.
